What’s more dramatic than a black?
I’m pulsing for blacks these days, but not just any black. I want a complex, vibrating, well appointed black.

Like all colors, I am drawn to complexity and complimentary colors within that color. This is what allows a color to be dynamic under changing light conditions, whether in an artificially lit environment, or in natural sunlight.

If one adds complexity to their black, it will not only create drama and focus, it will create an amazingly elegant surface that will subtly change color as light travels across it’s surface.
