1. What types of paint do you sell?
We offer a variety of paints for different applications including lime paints, suede, patina (rust-effect) paints, polyurethanes, interior latex, exterior latex, and super paint for trim. Each type of paint is designed for a specific use, offering unique properties and finishes.
2. How many colors are available for each type of paint?
We pride ourselves on offering a vast color palette with over 500 colors available in our General Collection. We also offer curated pallets for specific products (like our metal-inspired Metallic Colors). Each color can be tinted to order across our entire range of paints. Custom colors are also available in nearly every product upon request. Some products such as polyurethane are only available in clear bases.
3. Can I return a purchased item?
Due to the custom nature of our products, which are tinted to order, we cannot accept returns. With over 10,000 variants, it is impractical for us to pre-tint and stock all possible options. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to a large quantity to ensure your complete satisfaction with the color.

4. What is the lead time for my order?
As our paints are tinted to order, please allow a lead time of 5-7 business days for order processing and production, before shipping. During peak times or for large orders, this lead time may vary. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
5. What if my shipment arrives damaged?
We package our paints with care to avoid damages during transit. However, if you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the package before opening it, as well as the damaged items. Contact our customer service team immediately, providing these images, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
6. What should I do if the color doesn't match my expectations?
While we strive to accurately represent our colors, variations can occur due to lighting conditions, application, or differences in computer monitors. This is why we highly recommend ordering a sample before making a large purchase. If the color you receive doesn't match your expectations, we recommend contacting our customer service team who can assist you with advice and potential solutions.
