If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns
Non-Tinted Products: We accept returns for any non-tinted paint, stains, or sundries within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
Tinted Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any tinted or custom-mixed paints and stains, as these are made to order.
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been tinted. Once the product is tinted, cancellations or changes are not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to make adjustments.
If your product has not been tinted or custom-mixed, and is in its original, unopened packaging, it is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

Products
Our products are low VOC (volatile organic compounds), making them a healthier option for indoor air quality and more environmentally friendly. Please check individual product descriptions for specific details on VOC content.
We are able to produce many of our products in Zero VOC bases, if desired. Please contact us for more information about this custom service.
We recommend storing leftover paint in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed. Keep the container off the ground to avoid moisture damage and out of direct sunlight to prevent the paint from deteriorating.
For high-traffic areas like hallways or entryways, we recommend using a durable finish, such as semi-gloss or satin, that is easy to clean and resistant to wear and tear.
If an item is backordered, we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order for a full refund.
colors & Finishes
We pride ourselves on offering a vast color palette with over 500 colors available in our General Collection. We also offer curated pallets for specific products (like our metal-inspired Metals Colors). Each color can be tinted to order across our entire range of paints. Custom colors are also available in nearly every product upon request. Some products, such as polyurethane, are only available in clear bases.
While we strive to accurately represent our colors, variations can occur due to lighting conditions, application, or differences in computer monitors. This is why we highly recommend ordering a sample before painting. If the color you receive doesn't match your expectations please reach out to us!
